Directions

1

Prepare Ahi Tuna

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, sea salt, and black pepper. Add the Ahi tuna steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook Quinoa

While the tuna is marinating, cook quinoa according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.

3

Prepare Vegetables

Slice the cucumber, avocado, and radishes thinly. Chop the green onions.

4

Sear Ahi Tuna

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the tuna from the marinade and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer if desired. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.

5

Assemble Bowl

In a bowl, place a serving of cooked quinoa as the base. Top with sliced Ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado, radishes, and green onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

6

Serve

Drizzle any remaining marinade over the bowl and serve immediately.
