Marinate the Ribs
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix well. Add the bone-in short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Bake the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the short ribs from the marinade and place them in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the meat is tender.

Pan-Fry the Ribs
Once baked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Sear the ribs on each side for 2-3 minutes until they develop a nice crust.
