Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips. In a bowl, combine Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Add the steak strips and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

Boil water in a large pot. Add the lo mein noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add napa cabbage and red cabbage, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steak

In the same skillet, push the vegetables to the side and add the marinated steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet with the steak and vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through, adjusting seasoning if necessary.

  6. 6

    Serve

Garnish with sliced cucumber, chopped green onions, and cilantro before serving.
