Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Shape the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Shape the meat mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Roast the Meatballs
Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Marinara Sauce
While the meatballs are roasting, heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Cook the Spaghetti
In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 6
Combine and Serve
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce and stir gently to coat. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti noodles, topped with additional Parmesan cheese.
