Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Noodles
Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables
In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the sweet soy sauce and toss everything together, allowing the noodles to caramelize slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy with marinated steak if desired.
