Chicken Burrito Dinner Recipe

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken breast and taco seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Shred the chicken using two forks.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay each tortilla flat and fill it with half of the shredded chicken, a generous dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of both Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses.

Roll the Burritos
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling.

Serve
Place each burrito on a plate and serve with a side of cooked rice and refried beans. Top with additional cheese if desired.
