Season the Beef
Add the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well and let it cook for another 5 minutes until fragrant.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay a flour tortilla flat. Spoon half of the seasoned beef, half of the refried beans, and half of the cooked rice onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with a mix of Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese.

Roll the Burritos
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Heat the Burritos
In the same skillet, place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip and brown the other side.

Serve
Remove the burritos from the skillet, slice in half, and serve with additional rice, refried beans, and cheese on the side.
