Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3

Make the Sauce

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-4 minutes, then add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

4

Combine and Serve

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, and add the drained linguine. Toss everything together until well combined. Add chopped parsley for garnish. Serve immediately with house-made garlic bread.
