Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs if necessary.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.

  3. 3

    Wrap and Cook

Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil, sealing them tightly. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  4. 4

    Glaze with Barbecue Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil. Brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce over the ribs.

  5. 5

    Broil for Finish

Increase the oven temperature to broil. Place the ribs back in the oven under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
