Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Cut the chicken breast and beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes. If using shrimp, leave them whole. Place the meats in a bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Toss to coat and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Vegetable Prep

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Cut the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into 1-inch pieces. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole. Add the vegetables to the remaining marinade and toss to coat.

Skewering

  1. 4

    Assemble the Kabobs

Thread the marinated meats and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between different types of meat and vegetables until the skewers are filled. Aim for a colorful presentation.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Cook the Kabobs

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meats are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Kabobs

Once cooked, carefully remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
