1. Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.

2. Add Mushrooms

Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

3. Combine Broth and Seasonings

Pour in the soybean broth and add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.

4. Add Veggies

Add yu choy, bean sprouts, woodear mushrooms, sliced tomato, bamboo shoots, and julienned onions to the broth. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
