Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, add pork bones and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add garlic cloves and let simmer for 4 hours, occasionally skimming off any impurities.

Add Miso
After 4 hours, strain the broth and return it to the pot. Stir in red miso paste and soy sauce until fully dissolved.

Cook Noodles
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Ramen
In serving bowls, place a portion of noodles, then ladle the miso broth over the noodles. Top with sliced grilled pork, sweet corn, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, fried onions, chopped onion, and green onions.

Sprinkle with chili powder to taste and serve immediately.
