Spicy Beef Ramen Recipe

    Prepare the Broth

    In a large pot, combine the beef broth, Shoyu, and chili oil. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer.

    Braised Beef

    In a separate pot, braise the beef brisket in water with seasoning of choice (salt, pepper, garlic) for about 2-3 hours until tender. Remove and slice thinly.

    Cook the Ribs

    In the same braising pot, add the beef back rib and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours until tender. Remove from pot.

    Cook Ramen Noodles

    In a pot of boiling water, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Assemble the Bowl

    In a large bowl, place a serving of ramen noodles, add slices of braised beef brisket and a piece of beef back rib. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and beef.

    Garnish

    Top with shredded radish, chopped cilantro, and chopped onions. Drizzle more chili oil on top if desired. Serve with a lime wedge on the side.
