Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill or sear on a medium-high heat until cooked through and charred, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
- 2
Cook the Mac & Cheese
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese over low heat until melted and creamy. Add salt to taste.
- 3
Make the Pecan Kale Caesar
In a large bowl, combine chopped kale, pecans, and Caesar dressing. Toss well to coat the kale evenly.
- 4
- 5
Prepare the Garlic Aioli (undressing)
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. This will serve as a light dressing for the dish.
- 6
Assemble the Naked Plate
On a large plate, arrange a serving of charred chicken, a scoop of mac & cheese, a portion of pecan kale Caesar, and a serving of brown rice. Drizzle the garlic aioli on top or serve on the side.
