Prepare the Hoisin-Ginger-Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined and fragrant, then remove from heat.

Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the prepared hoisin-ginger-garlic butter and then add the chicken breasts. Sauté for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
