Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
- 3
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it is crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the chicken and bacon are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread Dirté sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the grilled chicken breast on top, followed by the crispy bacon. Add pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the sandwich with your choice of side.
