Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Grill the Patty

Preheat your grill to high heat. Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook the patty on the flame grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  2. 2

    Toast the Bun

While the patty is grilling, cut the brioche bun in half and place it on the grill for the last 2 minutes of cooking to toast lightly.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Layer the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on top of the patty. Place the top half of the bun over the toppings.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the St. PetersBurger with your choice of side, such as fries or a salad.
