Prepare the Spice Bath
In a large pot, add 4 cups of water, Old Bay seasoning, the whole lemon (halved), and crushed garlic cloves. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Blanch the Shrimp
Once the water is simmering, add the jumbo shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.

Make the Citrus Herb Butter
In a separate saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over low heat. Add the chopped parsley, thyme, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Serve
Place the blanched shrimp in a serving dish and pour the citrus herb butter over the top. Serve immediately while hot.
