Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Add Seasoning and Cheese
Stir in the Cajun seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Stir until smooth.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne pasta to the sauce and toss to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

Serve with Toppings
Remove from heat and top with diced tomatoes and peas. Serve immediately.
