Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the Gulf Grouper or Mahi Mahi fillets with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

2

Cook the Fish

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before flaking it into bite-sized pieces.

3

Prepare the Tortillas

While the fish is cooking, warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet or grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

4

Assemble the Tacos

Place a generous amount of flaked fish onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.

5

Serve

Serve the tacos warm with your choice of sides such as rice, beans, or a fresh salad.
