Method
Making the Batter
Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, and milk until smooth. Set aside.
Cooking the Takoyaki
Heat the Pan
Preheat a takoyaki pan over medium heat and lightly grease each mold with cooking oil.
Pour the Batter
Pour the batter into each mold until filled to the top.
Cook
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set. Use a skewer to gently flip each pancake to cook the other side.
Finish Cooking
Continue to cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes total.
Serving
Plate and Serve
Remove the takoyaki from the pan and place on a serving plate. Top with Nutella, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream. Serve warm.
