Method

Calamari Preparation

Marinate the Calamari

In a bowl, combine calamari rings, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Calamari

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the calamari onto skewers (if using). Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Salsa Preparation

Make the Salsa

In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, corn, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir well to combine and set aside.

Spiced Green Pepper Sauce Preparation

Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together chopped green bell pepper, jalapeño, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Serving

Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, arrange the grilled calamari. Top with the tomato, onion, corn salsa and drizzle with the spiced green pepper sauce. Serve immediately.
