Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, combine chicken broth and pork broth, and bring to a gentle simmer.

2

Cook the Meats

Add the pork belly to the simmering broth and cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Afterward, add the cuttlefish, shrimp, and mussels, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until seafood is cooked through.

3

Add Vegetables

Stir in the mixed vegetables and chilies, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

4

Prepare the Noodles

If serving immediately, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. If for takeout, keep noodles uncooked.

5

Assemble the Dish

In a bowl, place the cooked ramen noodles (or uncooked for takeout), ladle the broth and meat mixture over the noodles, and serve hot.
