Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the 6-Minute Egg

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel and set aside.

2

Cook the Noodles

In a separate pot, cook the gun gun noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

4

Cook the Chicken

Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the ground chicken. Cook, breaking it apart, until it's browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

5

Combine and Add Sauce

Add the rajoli sauce to the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

6

Plate the Dish

In a bowl, place a serving of noodles, top with the chicken and vegetable mixture, and slice the 6-minute egg in half and place on top. Garnish with fried garlic, scallions, nori, and sesame seeds.
