Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Espresso Mixture

Brew 1 cup of strong espresso and let it cool slightly. Mix in the Kamora coffee liqueur and set aside.

  2. 2

    Whip the Mascarpone Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.

  3. 3

    Soak the Ladyfingers

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

  4. 4

    Layer the Tiramisu

In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers on the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture on top. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.

  5. 5

    Chill and Serve

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
