Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Vegetables

Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Boil them separately in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Other Ingredients

While the potatoes and carrots cool, cook the frozen peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and cool. Dice the ham into small pieces and chop the hard-boiled eggs.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, carrots, peas, ham, and chopped eggs.

  4. 4

    Add Mayonnaise

Add mayonnaise to the mixture and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently mix until everything is well-coated.

  5. 5

    Chill and Serve

Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled.
