Method
Prepare Tater Tots
- 1
Cook Tater Tots
Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen tater tots. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Make Kimchi Butter
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the chopped kimchi and stir until well combined. Continue to heat for an additional 2-3 minutes to infuse the kimchi flavor into the butter. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare Truffled Teriyaki Sauce
- 3
Mix Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and truffle oil. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add this to the saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from heat.
Assemble Party Tots
- 4
Combine and Serve
Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them on a large serving platter. Drizzle the kimchi butter over the tater tots, followed by the truffled teriyaki sauce and sweet chili sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
