Preparation
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. Cut them in half lengthwise.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the Brussels Sprouts
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet, cut side down. Allow them to sear for about 5 minutes without stirring.
