Preparation of Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Cooking the Wings

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Hot Sauce Mixture
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the hot sauce and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.

Coat the Wings
Place the fried wings in a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

Cut the celery stalks into sticks and arrange them on a plate.
