Chicken Wings

Buffalo Sauce

BBQ Sauce

Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing

Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Prepare Buffalo Sauce (if using)

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and vinegar, stirring until well combined. Keep warm until ready to use.

  2. 5

    Prepare BBQ Sauce (if using)

If you prefer BBQ flavor, simply have the BBQ sauce ready to use.

Serving

  1. 6

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. If using Buffalo sauce, toss the wings in the sauce until fully coated. If using BBQ sauce, brush the BBQ sauce over the wings.

  2. 7

    Prepare Celery and Dressing

Cut celery sticks into halves or thirds and arrange them on a serving platter with a bowl of blue cheese dressing.

  3. 8

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with the celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
