Cooking Instructions
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Zucchini and Broccoli
Stir in the sliced zucchini and broccoli florets. Continue to sauté for another 4-5 minutes until all the vegetables are tender.
Incorporate Cherry Tomatoes
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to help combine.
Season the Dish
Season with salt, black pepper, and add the chopped fresh basil. Toss again to combine all the flavors.
Serve and Garnish
Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
