Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Bake the Wings
Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Coat with Sauce
Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
Preparing Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing

Chop the Celery
Cut celery sticks into 3-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.

In a bowl, mix blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
