Brewing the Tea

Boil the Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Allow them to steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, remove the tea bags carefully and discard them. If you prefer sweetened tea, add the granulated sugar or honey to the hot tea while stirring until completely dissolved.
Chilling the Tea

Cool the Tea
Let the tea cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Then, refrigerate it for at least 1 hour until chilled.
Serving the Iced Tea

Prepare the Glasses
Fill tall glasses with 1 cup of ice cubes each.

Pour the Tea
Once the tea is chilled, pour it over the ice in each glass, filling them about 3/4 full.

Garnish
Add a few fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon to each glass for garnish.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced tea!
