Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

Brown the Meat
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Tomatoes
Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Spaghetti
While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Serve
Serve the spaghetti topped with the Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
