Falafel and Wrap Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the cooked falafel, chopped onions, diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and dried oregano. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Toast the Tortillas

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the tortillas one at a time, toasting each side for about 1-2 minutes until golden and warm. Repeat for all tortillas.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Wraps

Place a generous amount of the falafel mixture in the center of each toasted tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to create a wrap.

  4. 4

    Serve

Cut the wraps in half if desired and serve on a platter. Drizzle with remaining olive oil if preferred.
