Prepare the Ingredients
Start by washing and drying the baby greens, cucumbers, peaches, and strawberries. Slice the cucumbers, peaches, and strawberries as needed.

Season the Salmon
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Salmon
On the same grill, place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, toss together the baby greens, cucumbers, and walnuts. Drizzle with the balsamic dressing and mix well. Top with the grilled peaches and sliced strawberries. Place the blackened salmon on top.
