Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sliced Fresno chili, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4

Add the Seafood

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Gently fold in the lump blue crab meat.

5

Make the Sauce

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6

Combine Everything

Add the cooked linguine and crispy bacon to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce. Stir in the fresh parsley.

7

Serve

Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and accompanied by garlic toast.
