Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.
Add the Seafood
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Gently fold in the lump blue crab meat.
Make the Sauce
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine Everything
Add the cooked linguine and crispy bacon to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce. Stir in the fresh parsley.
Serve
Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and accompanied by garlic toast.
