Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Meat

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and andouille sausage. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Add Vegetables

Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

4

Combine Ingredients

Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

5

Add Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.

6

Mix with Pasta

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to combine everything thoroughly. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

7

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
