Make the Crepes
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and orange marmalade until smooth and well combined.

Fill the Crepes
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each crepe, then fold or roll them up. Place on a serving plate.

Garnish
Top each crepe with fresh strawberries and blueberries, then drizzle with strawberry purée.

Prepare two eggs any style and serve with your choice of sausage, bacon, or ham on the side.
