Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, melt the unsalted butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk in the granulated sugar until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually fold the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.

Gently fold in the shredded carrots, raisins, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.

Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
