Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Divide the Dough
Divide the dough into three equal parts. Set one part aside for black sesame, one for matcha, and one for ube.

Incorporate Flavors
In the first portion, fold in the black sesame paste until well mixed. In the second portion, add the matcha powder and mix until incorporated. In the third portion, mix in the ube extract until the color is uniform.

Shape and Bake
Shape each portion of dough into small balls or desired shapes and place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
