Directions

  1. 1

    Brew the Tea

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the Thai tea leaves and sugar. Stir well and let it steep for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Drink

Once the tea has cooled, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the brewed tea over the ice, leaving some space at the top.

  4. 4

    Add Cream and Whiskey

Layer the condensed milk and local cream on top of the tea. Finally, add the whiskey and stir gently to combine before serving.
