Cocktail Ingredients

0.09 lb (1.5 oz)Bacardi white rum

0.13 lb (2 oz)Pineapple juice

0.13 lb (2 oz)Coconut water

0.06 lb (1 oz)Peach nectar

0.03 lb (0.5 oz)Plantation pineapple rum

1 cup Ice cubes

1 slice Pineapple slice (for garnish)

5 leaves Mint leaves (for garnish)

Preparation Instructions

1. Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bacardi white rum, pineapple juice, coconut water, peach nectar, and plantation pineapple rum. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake Well

Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

3. Strain into Glass

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Garnish

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a few mint leaves.
