Prepare the Cucumber
Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

Muddle the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves. Muddle together gently to release the flavors.

Add the Liquids
Pour in the Cathead vodka and Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur into the mixing glass with the muddled cucumber and mint.

Shake and Strain
Add ice cubes to the mixing glass, shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, and then strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with Cel-Ray Soda
Top off the drink with Cel-Ray soda. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass and a sprig of mint.
