Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Filling

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Melt the butter for spreading.

  3. 3

    Roll Out the Dough

After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 16x12 inches). Spread melted butter over the surface and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top.

  4. 4

    Form the Rolls

Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal slices and place them in a greased baking dish.

  5. 5

    Second Rise

Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Glaze

In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  8. 8

    Glaze the Rolls

Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
