Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Remoulade

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. 2

    Blacken the Shrimp

Toss the shrimp in blackened seasoning until evenly coated. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Once hot, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Po'Boy

Slice hoagie rolls in half and spread a generous amount of remoulade on each side. Fill with blackened shrimp, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve immediately with extra remoulade on the side.
