Cook the Bucatini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bucatini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Nduja and Tomatoes
Stir in the nduja sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for about 3 minutes. Then, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water, chopped olives, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
