1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add Shellfish

Add the mussels and clams to the skillet. Pour in a small amount of water (about 50 ml) to help steam. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the shells open.

4. Add Shrimp and Lobster

Stir in the shrimp and lobster meat, and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.

5. Combine with Sauce

Pour in the lobster bisque sauce and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes until heated through.

6. Mix with Pasta

Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and gently toss to coat the pasta with the seafood and sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

7. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
