Prepare the Seafood
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Wine and Sauce
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the pomodoro sauce and stir to combine. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Add Seafood
Add the lobster tails, shrimp, salmon, mussels, and clams. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the shells have opened.
Finish and Serve
Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve hot with crusty bread on the side.
