Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C). Remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks and push the meat down to create a lollipop shape.

Wrap with Bacon
Wrap each chicken drumstick with two slices of bacon, starting from the thick end and spiraling down to the thin end, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and smoked paprika. Rub this mixture generously over the bacon-wrapped chicken lollipops.

Smoke the Chicken
Place the chicken lollipops in the smoker and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Once cooked, remove from the smoker, let them rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
